THE CUSTOM stationery DESIGN PROCESS
INQUIRY + CONSULT
Submit the inquiry form with your date, venue, and a first look at your vision. We'll then schedule a design consultation to talk through your wedding in detail: your aesthetic, your color palette, your guest experience, and which pieces your suite should include.
Proposal & Deposit
Following the consultation, you'll receive a proposal outlining the scope of your suite, including the pieces, paper selections, printing methods, finishes, and pricing. A 50% deposit confirms your booking, and the design phase begins.
Design & Refinement
Your suite is designed from scratch, from layout and typography to color and finishing details. You'll review each round of designs and share your feedback, and every revision is refined with you. The process includes up to five rounds, so each piece is exactly right before it moves forward.
APPROVAL & PRODUCTion
When you approve the final designs, we prepare the files and send your suite into production. Each piece is printed and finished with care, then quality-checked before it's shipped to you.
Wedding-Day Stationery
Day-of pieces, such as programs, menus, and place cards, are designed once your final details are confirmed (guest list, menu, and ceremony order) and are sent to production 12 weeks before your wedding.

Our semi-custom suites offer the same considered design, finished to order, without the full bespoke process. Choose a complete suite, add it to your cart, and we'll be in touch to personalize it with your wedding details. Two rounds of revisions are included, and your finished suite is mailed directly to you.
