How It Works & Vow Submission

1. Place Your Order: Select your size and complete checkout.

2. Private Submission: To keep your vows a surprise for your wedding day, they can be submitted privately. Sommerset Paper House will email you directly after purchase with a private thread for the bride and groom to submit their vows separately. You must e-mail your vows to orders@sommersetpaperhouse.com with at least 6 weeks' lead time from your wedding date.

3. Proofing: We will send digital proofs for your review. Please proofread carefully! Sommerset Paper House is not responsible for typos or spelling errors present in your provided text.

4. Production: Heirloom Linen Vow Banners reqiure a 6-week turnaround time from the date your proofs are approved. Please allow at least 6 weeks for full production time, including the design and proofing phase.

5. Refunds: Refunds will not be provided if you neglect to e-mail your vows to Sommerset Paper House before the 6-week deadline.

Design Details

• Included Customization: Text color changes are included to match your wedding palette. Font changes are not included.

• Design Aesthetic: This listing features a clean, text-only design layout. If you wish to add custom illustrations, watercolor accents, or additional design elements, please inquire directly via the "Bespoke Stationery" page for a fully custom linen piece.

• Revisions: Your order includes up to 3 rounds of digital text proofs to ensure the layout is perfect before printing.

For individual banners, vows must be brief (200 words or less) to allow for both vows to fit on one banner. For vows over 200 words, please purchase 2 banners to ensure legibility.

• All purchases are non-refundable.
